Drift is not a medical treatment for sleep disorders.It is an ambient sound mixing tool designed to create relaxing soundscapes. It is not a substitute for:

• Prescription sleep medication

Listen at safe volumes. Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can damage your hearing.

• Do not use Drift at maximum volume for extended periods
• Remove headphones if you experience ear pain or discomfort
• Be aware of your surroundings when using headphones (do not use while driving)
• Children should use Drift under adult supervision with volume limits enabled

Drift does not include volume warnings or automatic limiting. You are responsible for safe listening practices.

Saved soundscapes (Mix Memory) are stored locally on your device.

We CANNOT recover your saved mixes if:

• You delete the app without backing up to iCloud
• Your device is lost, stolen, or damaged
• You restore your device to factory settings without iCloud backup
• App data corruption occurs

How to protect your saved mixes: All users (free and Lifetime) should enable iCloud Backup (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Backup) to protect your saved soundscapes. Mix Memory is local-only storage — your mixes never leave your device.

Drift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted sleep or relaxation
• Improved sleep quality

Use at your own risk. Ekoche Studios is not liable for:

• Sleep disruption or insomnia
• Hearing damage from loud volumes
• Data loss or corruption
• Battery drain
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Lifetime users have access to Heartbeat Rhythm, which uses haptic feedback (vibration) to simulate a slow heartbeat pattern. This feature is purely aesthetic and not based on medical research.

If you have a pacemaker or other medical implant, consult your doctor before using haptic features. Disable Heartbeat Rhythm if you experience discomfort.

Drift collects zero usage data. No analytics. No telemetry. No tracking. Your soundscapes and listening habits are private.
